“JoodCom” program for developing life skills for orphan kids.


It is a program to empower orphan kids. It falls under “Bab Al-Khair” association. It was first established in 2015 for the purpose of providing moral support, and enhance the concepts of dream, purpose, talent, planning, and enabling. It also works to enhance the kids self steam through workshops that works toward teaching needed life skills for the children in this stage. It also cares for enrolling them in courses and projects that develop their passion and talent; which enables the child to know others.

Since children are the leaders of the future and they are the goal not the method “JoodCom” initiative was created to solve the issue of noticing these children in specific times which caused great emotional damage to these kids, and gave the feeling of pity. The program adopt these kids for a whole year in which they give them life skills workshops in a fun and exciting way during 10 months, then they put them into groups to do volunteering projects inside the camp they live in. They will take hold of the planning and management with the help of the volunteers within the concept of social services and the feeling if accountability towards their society. At the end of this program the kids’ projects gets judged by a specialized committee and they decide on the winning team.
